Dr. Luis R. Alvarez-Hernandez provides training and consultation in diverse areas. He has also provided continuing education training on a variety of topics and has presented his research at national and international conferences. Recently, Dr. Alvarez-Hernandez provided trainings to federal and state government agencies, such as the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (including the Office of Refugee Resettlement) and the Georgia Department of Public Health.
